VENDOR BOOTH SPACE APPLICATION

BOOTH SPACE IS AVAILABLE TO BUSINESSES THAT OFFER HORSE AND FARM RELATED PRODUCTS AND SERVICES. Booth space is $100.00 and must be reserved and paid for in advance of the auction date. Please fill out the application and send it in with a 50% ($50.00) non-refundable deposit made out to ECDHA and mail to: ECDHA, c/o Bill Saganich, ECDHA Treasurer, 89 South River Road, Coventry, CT 06238. NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS may acquire booth space free of charge. Any questions regarding Vendor Booth Space or the Auction should be addressed to: Terry Joseph, Auction Chairman (860) 376-8110.

All vendors are required to provide their own tents, tables, chairs, etc. Electricity is not available. Set up should be completed no later than 9:00AM day of auction. Choice of location is on a first come, first serve basis determined by ECDHA representatives. ECDHA and its representatives reserve the right to refuse space to a vendor selling or promoting items or services deemed inappropriate.
